We interrupt the lazy days of summer to bring you an incredibly quick and tasty dessert. This berry topping makes staying cool both easy and delicious.
Raspberry Dessert Topping
Place one cup of frozen raspberries and 1/2 cup of Pacific Foods Almond Non-Dairy Beverage in a blender. (If you use Unsweetened Almond, you may want to add a few drops of Stevia natural sweetener.) Pulse 30 seconds or until thoroughly blended.
Pour over vanilla ice cream or any frozen non-dairy dessert (such as frozen coconut cream) Top with honey-roasted almonds and grated chocolate.
Serve and embrace compliments. No one has to know how little time you spent in the kitchen. (We’ll never tell.)
