- 1 cup rice noodles, cooked as directed
- (optional) 4-6 oz baked or fried tofu, thinly sliced
- 2 cups Pacific Foods Organic Vegetarian Pho Base
Condiments: Bean sprouts, lime, fresh basil, jalapenos, green onions, cilantro, hot chili sauce, hoisin sauce.

- In a small sauce pan, bring Pacific Foods Vegetarian Pho Base to a boil with lid on. (Optional) Add in tofu and allow to heat through.
- Add in cooked rice noodles and heat through.
- Serve immediately with your favorite condiments.
