- 4 cups Cooked wild rice
- ½ cup Hazelnuts, cracked, roasted
- ½ cup Blueberries, dried
- ¼ cup Sweetened cranberries, dried
- ¼ cup Pure maple syrup
Hazelnut Cream Ingredients
- 1 cup Pacific Foods Hazelnut Original Non-Dairy Beverage
- ½ cup Hazelnuts, raw

- To make hazelnut cream: simmer ½ cup raw hazelnuts in 1cup Pacific Foods Original Hazelnut Non-Dairy Beverage until tender, then puree in blender until smooth and creamy.
- In a heavy nonstick saucepan, add cooked wild rice, hazelnuts, blueberries, cranberries, and maple syrup. Cook over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes.
- Add hazelnut cream to achieve desired consistency, stirring constantly, about 2 minutes.
