French Toast Con Panna
Pacific Barista Series™ Vanilla Soy Beverage (Formerly Vanilla Soy Blenders)
Whipped cream: 2 tablespoons plus garnish
Monin® Vanilla Syrup: 1/2 ounce (1 pump)
Monin® Spiced Brown Sugar Syrup: 1/2 ounce (1 pump)
Monin® Maple Spice Syrup: 1/2 ounce (1 pump)
Pacific Barista Series Soy, Vanilla: 3 ounces
Espresso: 2 shots
Cinnamon, ground: approx.1/8 teaspoon
Place 2 tablespoons whipped cream into the bottom of a (12 ounce) cup.
Add the vanilla, spiced brown sugar and maple spice syrups and two shakes of cinnamon; mix well.
Stir in 2 shots of espresso.
Steam Pacific Barista Series Soy, in a metal pitcher until temperature reaches 160°F; pour into cup. Top with a swirl of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
