Soy Ginger Mocha
Pacific Barista Series™ Original Soy Beverage (Formerly Plain Soy Blenders)
2 teaspoons Organic Dark Chocolate, shaved
2 shots Espresso
5 ounces Pacific Foods Barista Series™ Soy, Original
½ teaspoon Organic Ginger, ground
½ teaspoon Organic Cocoa Powder
1 teaspoon Organic Sugar
Crystallized ginger and chocolate bar garnish, optional
Shave chocolate into an (8 ounce) cup. Add espresso; stir.
Steam Pacific Foods Barista Series™ Soy, ginger, cocoa powder, and sugar in a metal pitcher until temperature reaches 160°F; pour into cup using latte art. Sprinkle with additional cocoa powder.
Serve with crystallized ginger and a small piece of chocolate, if desired.
