I LOVE sweets and created this signature cocktail for a party I was having. The Pacific Vanilla Almond Non-Dairy Beverage is great in this because you get all the creaminess of whipping cream, without any of the heaviness! Plus the vanilla almond adds the perfect sweetness and flavor to the drink. I love the Feur de Sel in this, because it adds an interesting flavor note and depth to the drink!
1. Prepare the Glass Garnish-Place the cookies in the bowl of a food processor and blend to fine crumbs. Put the 1/4 cup of Caramel Sauce and the crushed Cookie Crumbs each in flat dishes wider than the rim of your martini glasses.
2. Lightly dip the glass rim first in the caramel sauce(make sure the whole rim is coated), and then in the cookie crumbs.
You can do this an hour ahead of time.
3. Put the Pacific Foods Vanilla Almond Non-Dairy Beverage, Vanilla Vodka, Chocolate Syrup, Caramel Sauce and Fleur de Sel in the cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
4. Shake vigorously to chill the drink, strain/pour into the prepared martini glass.
