- ¼ cup Espresso (long shot)
- 1 ¼ cups Pacific Foods Barista Series™ Soy, Original
- ¼ cup Pacific Foods Organic Pumpkin Puree
- 3 Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice Syrup
- ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon

- Pull a long shot (2 fl oz.) of espresso.
- In a stainless steel milk pitcher, heat Soy Beverage with steam wand until approximately 160°F.
- In a tall, reusable glass stir together Pumpkin Puree and pumpkin pie spice syrup until smooth.
- Add half of the steamed Barista Series™ Soy; stir to combine.
- Pour into cup for service, adding espresso shot and second half of steamed Soy, to fill ~ ½” from the rim.
- Garnish with latte art and/or a sprinkle of cinnamon (if desired).
- Serve hot.
