Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

I wanted to create a smoothie which tasted like a pumpkin pie and was healthier than the pie version.

** You can use Pacific Food Organic Pumpkin Puree instead of pumpkin pie filling. Add pumpkin pie spice and sugar to taste.
- 5-ounces pumpkin pie filling**
- 1 cup Pacific Foods Unsweetened Almond Vanilla Non-Dairy Beverage
- 3 -ounce nonfat Greek yogurt
- Dash of Cinnamon
- 1 flat piece cinnamon graham cracker, halved
- Ice, approximately 1/3 cup (enough to make mixture achieve desired thickness)
Optional: protein powder of choice to turn smoothie into a quick meal on the go

- Put all ingredients in a blender, keep half of cracker out for garnish.
- Blend until all ingredients are mixed together and have reached desired thickness.
- Garnish with remaining cracker if desired after pouring in glass. Enjoy!!!
