Fresh Mint Ho Cho
Pacific Barista Series™ Original Soy Beverage (Formerly Plain Soy Blenders)
6 fresh Mint leaves, divided
2 ounces Hot water
2 tablespoons Ghirardelli® Chocolate Mocha Hot Cocoa
5 ounces Pacific Foods Barista Series™ Soy, Vanilla
Steep 5 mint leaves in 2 ounces of hot water for 5 minutes; strain liquid into a (10 ounce) wide mouth cup.
Stir in chocolate mocha hot cocoa; mix well.
Steam Pacific Foods Barista Series™ Soy in a metal pitcher until temperature reaches 160°F; pour into cup using latte art. Garnish with remaining mint leaf, if desired.
