This is a super easy recipe that I got from a friend.
It takes just a few minutes to prepare, then it simmers in the crockpot. You can run errands, go to a soccer game, or work in the yard for a few hours, and have a hearty, creamy chili ready and waiting for you when you return.
A side of cornbread is a good partner.

3 1/2 cups Pacific Organic Chicken Broth (you can use more broth if you want a "saucier" chili)
2 cartons Pacific Organic Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup
2, 15 oz cans of each of the following:
White Beans
White Corn
White Hominy
1, 7 oz can Salsa Verde
2 lb Cubed, Cooked Chicken (or, you can use raw chicken--just increase the cooking time to 8 hours to make sure the chicken gets fully cooked)
Combine all ingredients in a large crock pot.
Simmer on low for 4-6 hours.
Top with Grated Cheddar Cheese, Tortilla Chips and Sour Cream
