A new twist on baked beans. Because my husband and I have to limit our sugar and salt intake, these baked beans are a perfect substitute to the otherwise sweet version. Delicious!! Outstanding side for a barbeque.

1 can Organic Spicy Black Bean with Chicken Sausage
2 cans black beans
sugar, salt & pepper to taste (optional)
Spray an oven safe dish with a non-stick spray, empty into dish one can "Spicy Black Bean Soup with Chicken Sausage", add 2 cans drained black beans. Add optional sugar, salt & pepper (I do not use either one because of health issues.) Mix. Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes or until the liquid has been absorbed.
