This is my niece's favorite soup. After several tries of trying to duplicate what she had tasted in a restaurant, according to her, this is even better.

16 oz can of tomatoes w/mild chilies 1 medium onions, cut up 2 cloves garlic 4 tbsp snipped cilantro 1/2 tsp sugar 8 cups chicken broth 1 can whole kernal, with liquid 1-1/2 lbs cooked chicken breast, cut up 1-2 tsp adobo seasoning shredded pepper jack cheese avacado, chopped tortilla chips sour cream
In a blender combine the tomatoes, onion, garlic, cilantro and sugar. Cover and belnd until nearly smooth. Pour mixture in to a large po with the chicken broth, chicken, corn and adobo. Bring to a boil' cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Here is the fun part! Place crunched up tortilla chips in the bottom of a soup bowl, top with cheese, avacado and sour cream. Pour soup over and serve.
