Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole

I "unboxed" an old family recipe for Chicken and Wild Rice casserole.  This was adapted from an old family casserole recipe. It is amazing how much less sodium and fat this version has, compared to the original version. I say I "unboxed" this recipe because I used the unseasoned rice blend, then attempted the seasoning mix myself.  This was even better than our Thanksgiving green bean casserole!

King Ranch Casserole

A non-MSG version of the Texas Classic: King Ranch Casserole.  A Family Favorite and so easy to make.

Green Bean Casserole

A true holiday classic, but so simple and easy to make each and every day!

White Chili

This is a super easy recipe that I got from a friend.

It takes just a few minutes to prepare, then it simmers in the crockpot.  You can run errands, go to a soccer game, or work in the yard for a few hours, and have a hearty, creamy chili ready and waiting for you when you return.

A side of cornbread is a good partner.
