This is a delicious, healthy and filling smoothie that is quick to make. It can have only 3 ingredients or you can add as many extra goodies (like flax meal and bee pollen) as you desire. I like this as a great summer afternoon cooler to stave off the afternoon sweet cravings. It also makes a great drinkable breakfast to go.
