We use high quality whole organic soybeans for our Barista Series Soy Blenders. They are specially formulated to produce artful foaming at the high temperatures professional baristas demand.

Pacific Barista Series Organic Milk comes from local organic dairies. We use aseptic packaging, which allows you to store organic milk unopened on the shelf for up to six months without need of refrigeration. Once opened of course, you will need to refrigerate all Barista Series Blenders.
